Capital Campaign

Creating the funds to support a non-profit organization, in addition to building Central Gardens, requires orchestration similar to creating a garden. Different flowers bloom at different times with different colors. All work together in harmony. Annual funds from Membership fees carry out primary goals and activities that educate people and beautify North Iowa. The Capital Campaign covers the large one-time costs of building and developing the Garden while creating an Endowment Fund for its ongoing care.

The Capital Campaign has three phases:

1. The Master Plan funding. (Completed)
2. Major Gifts, a quiet phase which just has begun and will provide a large boost to phase three.
3. The Public Capital Campaign.
